80/100w suspension oil

I am going to service my forks and suntour recommends 6ml off 80/100w oil.
any recommendations or will any suspension oil do,bit confused as other manufacturers label theirs as wt not w,is it just the same.

    Man that's heavy oil! You won't find fork oil in this spec I don't think, just gear oil... Or Fox Float fluid is similiar.

    Thats why i was unsure that the w meant the same as wt,this is the closest i have found

    Mate thinks he has some around that spec and like you say Northwind its gearbox oil for his motorbike.

    80/100w oil is a multigrade oil. When it is cold it is 80 weight (or w or wt, the same thing) and when it is warm is 100 weight. I'm not sure if fork oil would ever get warm enough to achieve its more viscous rating. Oil weights have a lower number for the more fluidity. A 5 weight is towards water and 100 weight is more like treacle.
    That said 6ml is such a small amount that I presume it is more for lubrication than damping and any thick gear oil, 80 weight plus, should do the job.
