Shifters

My bike recently went for a service, since i have had it back i have had a nagging issue with one of the shifters, I have to push much harder and further to change gear, before it was just a small tap needed to change but now i have to push it harder to get the change, How do i adjust this for a smother quicker change.

Shifters are Shimano SL-M590 Deore trigger
