Chinese carbon rims on the track

Realise I'm probably opening a can of worms by bringing up the Chinese carbon subject but here goes..........

has anybody built up or used a set of carbon rims from e-bay and used them on the track?

No but I got a frame and nowt wrong with it, though it was not off ebay but imported through dealer. I amnot sure that the ebay stock is not secinds !!

Aren't most carbon rims made in China or Taiwan? Probably the same rims as many named brands.

They probably are, but the problem is the build quality, no comebacks on ebay and are they seconds?
