Which shoes (for a clipless newbie)?

So i'm thinking of going clipless for my XC riding (have only used flats before) and was eyeing up the dhb M1 mtb shoes here:

I'm a UK 9.5 so think I should probably get the size 10 (euro 45) - anyone got anything to say about this shoe or any other recommendations for a clipless newbie shoe?
And in the red/white/black or black/grey?
Thx

If you like the style of flats, take a look at the Shimano DX, or AM40 and also the 661 Filter0

I've got some shimano ones with velcro and a ratchet and MP66s, both really good.Whether you're a king or a little street sweeper, sooner or later you'll dance with the reaper.

I've got some ancient specialised ones, but Siddi make IMHO the best.
They make cracking motorbike boots too.Kona Caldera 1998 (I love good steel)
Trek 8000 circa 2001 (Al crap)
Dawes Kickback 500 circa 1992 (well most of the bits anyway.)0
