Bike travel boxes

Can anyone recommend a good travel box/bag for a road bike to take on flights?
Borrowed a mates bikepod recently which worked ok, but have heard good things about the EVOC bike bag-just a bit concerned about it being a soft-shelled bag rather than a rigid box
Anyone have any comments?

I work with a guy who carts his carbon bike to Europe on a regular basis and uses an EVOC bike bag. He has had no problems with damage to the bike or bag and the lightweight of bag+bike keeps him the right side of baggage weight limits on the likes of EasyJet.
If you have a road bike you need to buy the seperate road bike kit that contains an extra padding block to protect your forks.
