Marbella / Costa del Sol MTB routes / info?

This is a bit of a long shot, but I'm off to the Marbella area tomorrow for two weeks, and on the off chance I googled Marbella and Mountain Biking and got a few interesting snippets.

However there is very little info on the web, one hire shop and one or two routes come up, so I was hoping someone here might have been MTBing in the area? I prefer XC and singletrack riding. The linked 46km ride with over 1000m of climbing may be a bit too much 8)
