Rebound adjuster knob on 2009 Rockshox Reba just spins!

Hi guys,
The rebound adjustment knob on my 2009 Reba Race turns and turns...........I'm pretty sure its supposed to stop after a couple of rotations?!
I've also tried removing the knob and inserting a long allen key into the hole but that just turn and turns as well.
Anyone have any experiance with what the problem might be? Is there anything I can do by removing the motion control damper and rebound damper shaft to fix the issue??!!!

Is the rebound actually changing?
The bit where it fits may have rounded, or as you say, might have forced it past the stops.0 -
No, the rebound isnt changing........ :-(
If its rounded then I guess I'm into a new rebound damper shaft, no idea where to get that from..................if its "forced past the stop" then it can be fi xed?

Looks like a new rebound shaft is needed. Try TF Tuned.
Though can't hurt to strip and take a look.0
