IS Mount and Post mount.

I Have an IS Mount fork at the moment and thinking of upgrading but the one i want to upgrade to is Post mount would i be able to do this?

Yes. You should be able to get adaptors to swap the brakes, or if it already has an adaptor for PM, simply remove it. Depending on the rotor size you may need an adaptor of sorts anyway.0

yes, you are quite right, they do seem to be in the minority; I couldn't find any on ebay.

The caliper is post mount - like what you have, the list describes the fork fitting and disc size.
If you want to run 160 mm disc, it is the first in the list: Front 160mm IS - £6.99
iI you want 180 mm disc, then it is second in the list: Front 180mm IS - £6.99
