What headset?

I'm looking at upgrading the headset on my 2010 mtb boardman comp as it's worn out and not making some very nice noises. I have no idea what to go for, I'm not looking to spend a bomb and the bike is used everyday to get to work, any ideas would be great

I didn't know that I was able to do that. Any ideas where I can source these from? Is it fairly straight forward to do this?0
