So then i am trying to get in to doing a bit of coding as i have a few things i want to try and get my mac to do.

I am starting basic with AppleScript as it is pretty top level but i dont really know where to start, can anyone help??

    . Ive never used applescript so I've no idea how it compiles, but I have seen templtes for it in xcode which also has a applescript guide.

    Its a fairly decent intro to the ins and outs of coding, and if you've never coded before it a useful intro to classes and objects adn inheritance.

    If you're going to take the coding further you'll probably need to be familiar with Object Oriented Programming and Xcode gives plenty of links to apples own tutorials for OOP.
