Yes - after years of delays - final construction has now completed and test rides done. The centre has it's open day on Saturday.
From people who have test ridden it already - they say it if fast and very smooth (at the moment).

Rode the new track this afternoon with my two nippers - awesome! It's brilliant having such a great facility near by - it's a really nice smooth surface.
Finally got my kids off it after 2 hours! It's great seeing little-uns making good use of it.0
