Tour de France champion Alberto Contador was pulled over by a French police officer yesterday for cycling without lights.

The incident happened as the three-time winner of the world’s most prestigious road race was training in the Alps for his his next title bid.

Contador’s spokesman, Jacinto Vidarte, said an officer stopped the cyclist on the descent of the Galibier pass and told him that he needed to be visible on the road, which snakes down through dark tunnels.

Contador tried to convince the police that the team cars accompanying him provided enough light, but to no avail, and had to “put his bike in the car”.

He can't just leave it at doping...... he has to go and break the law again !
Science adjusts it’s beliefs based on what’s observed.
Faith is the denial of observation so that Belief can be preserved

Yeah - apparently when the cars were searched they found that they had lights. Contador claimed they were nothing to do with him.
