There are often problems with floating rotors catching on calipers, not worth the bother.

If you do want floating rotors, the superstar ones may be better as they are designed for all brakes, not just hope ones. They are cheaper than the hope ones too:

Floating discs have been used on motorcycles for over 20 years, without probs.

leaflite, those look VERY similar to the hope floating rotors.
Basically, stay clear unless it's a KNOWN working combination. There's just too many setups that won't work.
Hell, with some hubs, the rotors will actually catch on and wear away your fork legs!

At very high speeds there are some benefits to floating rotors (reduced pulsing), at low speeds not. Large rotors can also be lighter as the carrier can be aluminium, but this is minimal on small rotors and any benefit is probably outweighed by increased complexity.
