I recently built up a Planet-X Uncle John, which gave me the bug for a road bike. I got a good deal on a Specialized Allez Sport from my local bike shop and haven't looked back. This is my first proper road bike and I'm looking to put a few miles in on it over summer.
and a couple next to its housemate:
Will be looking to get a set of road shoes and pedals soon, but apart from that I think the bike will mainly be staying the way it is...for now

That is a nice bike. Like you, I am looking forward to that week of summer in August when it might be dry, warm and sunny.0

It would be nice to get some dry weather in, but think we'll just have to put up with it how it is. I'm going to put a 30 miler in this weekend hopefully.0

Nice bike but why park a tractor next to it?Norfolk, who nicked all the hills?

Ouch! Admittedly I've rode the Allez more than the Stumpy at the moment.0
