Bike Events - London to Oxford

Evening all,
Not sure if this is the right part of the Forum or not...
Has anyone done the "Bike Events" London to Oxford ride, or better still have one of these profile things that show the route and elevation etc?
I'm going to cycle it in a couple of weeks and I want a heads up on any tricky bits.
I'm a bit of a fat bloke, although I did the Manchester 100 (Km) last year while even fatter and that was OK, I wonder how it compares?
