Can anyone suggest any that I can fit and forget to a Boardman Hybrid please? Clip ons are impractical.

SKS Chromoplastic if the Boardman has eyelets for mudguards.

    +1

Got them on my Sirrus, cannot recommend them highly enough!

Full coverage and sturdy, despite looking anything but off the bike!

Are they permanent? I thought these were clip-ons. I'd much rather something fit and forget.

I've got Crud Road Racers which I fitted and then forgot about.

Thanks fellas. Would you mind popping over to fit them for me too?

Does your Boardman hybrid have discs? you have to bend, weave your mudguard stays around them. My LBS did a fine job of fitting SKS guards to a disc bike.

Yes it has discs. I'm picking the new bike up on Saturday.

+1 on SKS, but my LBS fitted them on my Sirrus for me.

IMHO it's worth getting someone else to fit them as it's a world of pain, hurt and frustration that is best avoided.

Halfords will probably fit for free as part of a new bike purchase, if you ask nicely and they supply!
