What's the difference between an M770 and M771 XT chainset?

I'm looking to get a new chainset and have come across an M771 XT set. I've seen the normal M770 but never the M771.
What's the difference?

    one is a touring set up the other is not.
    one has a 5mm longer axle and uses a 5mm axle spacer.
    one come with a bigger set of cogs than the other.
