    It's been a bad week.

A lovely teacher at my son's school died from a heart attack cycling to work the other day too. He was only about 50 and the whole school is still in total shock.

May the recently deceased family come to peace as soon as possible. Sad news to hear indeed.

    RIP.

But cycling doesn't yet make you immune from premature death.

A few years ago an apparently healthy vibrant 19 year old colleague dropped down dead while we were playing football. He was full of life one second, on the ground dead the next. It happens unfortunately.

At least this chap went doing something he obviously felt passionately about helping others.
Life is like a roll of toilet paper; long and useful, but always ends at the wrong moment. Anon.
Think how stupid the average person is.......
half of them are even more stupid than you first thought.
