My Hardtail MTB, upgraded to Wellgo Pedals, Panracer Fire XC's, Truvativ Stem, FSA Bars and Superstar Grips.
It's used mainly for going out and about, going round a couple of trails which are all around the exact same destination and getting to and from work from time to time.
I removed the cable for the front derailleur today which means it is now a 1 x 8. The FD was a pain in the backside to get tuned, at least now it works as a chain guide.
