Good grief, sense over sensibility - selling a motorcyle now

The Matirarch has decided that she wants to sell the Virago.

A part of me is dying.

It's a metallic black, low ridin', fat tyred, raspy snortin' chrome piped Ho of a bike - but she wants a Fiat 500.

It's being listed this evening - but I've told her that she has to drive the Fiat in skin tight leather or the deal is off.

Bloody women.

(keeping the chrome tank Kwak though - sod her.)
FCN 5 belt driven fixie for city bits
CAADX 105 beastie for bumpy bits
Litespeed L3 for Strava bits

Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast.

Hehe, bummer. Not one I've particularly hankered after, but I wouldn't say no. I've been looking at Triumph bikes lately - the Speedmaster and America. Not that I actually have the cash for one, but there's always a loan. :D

Are you sure you don't need a bit of patio dug up and relaid?
Swim. Bike. Run. Yeah. That's what I used to do.

    Bike 1
    Bike 2-A

I'm guessing you don't mean consecrating a place to bury the bike.
  • My missus is the proud owner of a Honda RVF400R, it's probably the nicest, cleanest example I've seen :D if she ever gets the urge to sell it I'll be very sad :(

Well, at least it is only 1 bike.

    As noted previously - the Ducati 996SPS turned into a kitchen.....And my GSXR600R became a 4 x 4.

I think I lost my balls somewhere through my early thirties....

I feel for your pending loss :(

To bring some balance back to the world, Mrs. Fireblade is keen for me to acquire an additional motorbike which can carry a passenger *and* luggage. Note - additional, not replacement !

First the Virago. What next, the facial hair ?
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
