Just thought I'd write a brief review of this event. Bit under publicised and I only heard of it from my parents as my Dad has the disease and was a very keen cyclist in his youth.
Signed up for the 60 mile option although as I live in Solihull I cycled the 20 miles down to the start as well. The route started at Stratford Racecouse and headed south to a bit of the Cotswolds before heading back north - good route - hillier than I expected - well signed (probably one of the best I've seen), prettiy good food stop 1/2 way round - all in all I'd recommend.
There are 2 others coming up - one in Stirling next week (25 June) and one in Swansea (17 July) - sign up or turn up on the day. More details here:

Its only £18 and you get a reasonable cycling top as well.
It was a pretty small turnout - about 70-80 riders, and it was the Parkinson Society's first event, but was well done, so please support them and raise some money to fight this terrible disease. I enter again if they keep the event quality up
Also I was the fastest 60 mile participant - so I "won" as well! - so a really fantastic event for me!
