i just tried to set my sag up as in the FAQ section. only thing is, with only the positive side under pressure i cant get a sag reading. the shock feels locked out. the only way to get a sag is if i inflate the negative chamber too. am i doin somthing wrong ? cheers 8)

The FAQ for that topic needs an update, as some RS Dual Air forks require both chambers to be pressurised.

Inflate both chambers to the same amount, and to a level that gives you your sag. Then add or remove neg air as required.
