    Morning

Today will consist of going to Liverpool

    Going to Starbucks

    Going to Lichfild

    Coming Home.

Some cheeky fecker I work with asked me to swap shifts for today which meant me starting at 5 instead of half 6 and finishing at 14.27 instead of 14.32 and tried selling it me on the premise I'd get finished earlier and it would save him money for a taxi (he lives 2 miles from the depot, so a taxi is a fiver tops, or actually walk?). He wasn't happy when I pointed out that as it was a swap I'd only get paid salaried hours and I'd get no financial recompense for the extra hour and half I'd be working, so not only would he save his taxi fiver, he'd also gain nearly 40 notes in work he didn't have to do which I would then lose.

He worked out that I was saying no

Anyway morning moan over, have a lovely Saturday doing whatever you like to do on a Saturday

    Good Morning Freaks!

Today I am mostly going to be a gunsmith...

I've been given a very old air-rifle. It's got something jammed in the barrel, has a few parts missing (the safety catch would be one of them), has some surface rust/pitting and the stock's got a bit of a crack/split in it.

Going to strip it down, clean it, find out what needs replacing, remove the rust, glue the crack in the stock and then sand back to the bare wood. Will be attempting to re-blue the metal parts. Not sure whether to oil/stain the stock or spray it and lacquer it - depends on how it looks after it's been sanded.

The aim is to get it working again. I forsee lots of Grrrrr face today.

    Laters...

    Morning Homos.

Well, after all the rain yesterday, it looks like my pond has now flooded. I am not amused. Luckily though there were no fish in there at the time. At some point today I need to go and un-plug the overflow pipe to let it drain.

Other than that, I'll spend a bit of time with the family and not much else.

Going to get my new forks fitted for me, then off to pick up wedding rings, then Valeting "Her" car for her. Then something nice to eat, kicking the 3 kids upstairs and then spending some "Quality time" with SWMBO before i make my next purchase ;)

Dude, why haven't you rung 999?

Today for me will mostly be me trying to decide which hardtail to buy with my cyclescheme vouchers (+cash), I've been trying to decide for over a month now.

Oh and I'll be defleaing the house as the little fckin furry cat we own decided to drop one of the bastards onto the bed this morning and thus the other half panicked and went into girly eeeeww mode.

    Brilliant,

    Morning scrotumbrains

I just woke up. Not brilliant when I'm supposed to be revising

Going up to the aunts later to see the baby cousin :D Unfortuantely the grandmother will be there, it means I can practice stuff on her dog, but also means I'll hear all about what she's been dieing from the past 2 months and no doubt I'll hear about how badly I'm going to fail my exams...

Then it's back to london, and then off to do some babysitting.

Anyways off to cook some bacon for breakfast, then I'm off to uni.

THAT, sir, is a quality Saturday. If Carlsberg did Saturdays....

I'm off to deliver my Caldera frame to the nice man that bought it on fleabay then I'm taking my bike to a skip for the photo challenge (if the weather's not trying to do the whole 40 days and 40 nights thing still).

    Carry on.

Well I've made it to starbucks in one piece despite the nob I mentioned earlier having a moan and dig at me for not swapping him, I then found out it's his day off anyway so he chose to come to work for the overtime, at which he's being paid at time and a quarter and there was another job open that he could have got the bus in for, but nooo that was longer than the one he was on. Safe to say he wasn't very happy when I called him an idle scamming cnut ( this is the same guy who was off sick for 8 weeks and came back to work with 8 weeks of suntan in February)

sorry rant definately over but I just have no patience with people who p1ss me about and then act all hard done by at the mo.

On a lighter note my coffee is hot and my lemon muffin fresh!

Oh and contrary to the views of a good proportion on the crudcatcher who hope things fail and you resort the intrawebz desperation, all the best on the date foxc, and if you can't be good then at least tell everyone about it on the dating fail forum ;)

    Greetings Maggots,

Today it's raining here, absolutely bucketing. My cat Milo is trying to "tell me something"
No idea what, but he's been outside, only to come dashing back in somewhat soaked.
He's been fed too, so no idea what he's bellyaching about.
Today is scrub the bathroom and kitchen floors day, yes a man's work in never done!

Tomorrow's weather is supposed to be very good, so it's Cannock for a once around FTD, then some fire road riding just to get the mileage in. It will be messy out there tomorrow, but that's just part & parcel of the fun

Morning, well, technically afternoon, but meh,

Today I need to get somet for the old man for tomorrow, dunno what. Probably rum. Then a bit of music practise and a walk if I've time.

Had to wake my minion up today who hadn't turned up for his shift  I hate having to think about work on my days off.
It takes as much courage to have tried and failed as it does to have tried and succeeded.
