If you mean the BHF ride in July, then yes, i am.

Did it last year, lovely day out - rolling hills here and there (well if ride around Cambridge mainly then they feel like hills) but not too challenging at all. Loads of ridrs and good sense of fun. Not too serious.

Going to do it both ways this years...

First post in here, and I only got my new bike the other day... but I'd like to get into doing some endurance rides. I'm not a speed person, and I'm carrying a bit of timber, but I did 30km (at 24kph average) straight out of the box, so with a bit of training I reckon I can stretch that out quite happily.

Would this be a good "long ride" to start with? I was thinking of doing the Dunwich run, but a dose of realism suggests that 200km is quite a long way...
