leaking air u turn seal

apart from crc, tf and all the other bike places who seem to only sell a full kit, anyone know what kind of shop i can match the top cap air seal o ring.

in fact anyone know the size of the thing.I've measured it with vernier calipers but an exact size would be nice to konw
