    My nephew, cousin and a few friends have a Youtube channel where they go to shows and interview celebs.
    I think they see it as a way to get a bit of experience and as something to put on their CVs. Just having a degree isn't enough in these days of degrees being as common as Jimmy Carr being on a new panel show.
