I've got a Thule 903 which is a 3+1 towbar mounted bike carrier. Had since 2008 but not overly used. I checked it over in advance of our summer holiday and discovered a problem with the electrics on the light board. Swapped over bulbs and no joy.

I contacted the online retailer, they put me in touch with Thule. Explained the problem, send a couple of pics and hey presto "Replacement cable will be in the post tomorrow sir."

Their kit comes with a 5 year warranty and there was no quibble at from them.

Well done Thule.

    Well done Thule.

Was looking at these yesterday, but dont think I feel inclined to pay £490. Looks good kit though.

Cost me £301 for the 903 plus the 4th bike adapter plus the 9-13pin towbar electrics adapter.

Fixing it is fiddly and the new models look much more sensible.
