Hunters Bog in Holyrood Park - Edinburgh

Hi all,
Just wondered if any riders from Edinburgh or the Lothian areas had ever rode down the Hunters Bog in Holyrood Park in Edinburgh.
I'm away to have a look at the weekend and just wondered if anyone has been down it as I'm sure there is a path at the side of the bog (been years since I've been up that way) and could pass on any problems that may arise from cycling down there.
If your not sure of where this is it is from say the bottom of the High Road going down to Holyrood Palace, hidden behind the crags.

Hmm trying to do this but can't get any images to suggest the location, all that I know is that if your coming from Meadowbank heading up towards the commonwealth it's the big grassy bit is near to the wee chapel on the hill, if you head towards Arthurs Seat that away you are heading up into the Hunters Bog.
