Fox 140mm Float R Oil Leak......HELP!!

On my right hand stantion of my 2010 Fox Float R's there is a lot of oil around the seal, and the oil has definitely come from the legs. Although i'm unsure of what the exact problem is! Do i have to replace my wiper seals!?!?
Any help would be much appreciated
