Through work i have the option to select a training voucher as part of and award. The training can be for anything and i stumbled across the Cytech Home Mechanic 2 day course. it seems to cover most things and whilst i am no idiot i do shy away from setting up gears, bottom brackets etc so may be useful. Has anyone done this course and if so would you recommend it?

Or you could just do a free course at most Evans stores: http://www.evanscycles.com/servicing/fr ... ce-classes
Add in Youtube, Bikeradar workshop, and Zinn's books and you should be sorted.0
