Brake hose replacement problem [Quad brakes] Help !

Hi, I need some advice on fitting a new hydraulic hose to my Quad Dime brakes. I converted my On-One Inbred with an Xtracycle kit which means standard rear brake hoses [1500mm] are now too short to reach the rear calliper. I purchased a 2 metre length of hose and new seals/olive but I cant get the old hose off its banjo fitting at the rear calliper as it is fixed using a factory fitted crimped collar. Quad don't sell the banjo fitting on its own, it comes with a 1500mm hose pre-attached. Could someone suggest the best way to go about getting the new longer hose on? I cant find advice anywhere on this.
Many thanks in advance - Marty
