Some changes.

Shimano R700 compact chainset
- NOS 52T - probably won't last long sounds like a bell when anything catches it.
- Stronglight Dural 38T

Shimano DA7800 BB
Shimano DA Brake pads.

Different saddle cause the expensive Selle Italia Max Flite saddle was not very comfortable.

    There is no water bottles in it, the saddle bag, lights and mudguards are easily removable.

    This is a picture of the bike in transition, it is not quite in TT mode, but it's not quite out of TT mode.

    I guess it's a tranny in this pic.
