Can someone please help,
The Rear derailler is very tight, with cable unattched from derailler cable runs smooth, the gear change on handle bars is fine. Once attached to derailler its to tight to move with gear change, can be done by hand moving derailler
I have tried everything that i can think of, there is no rust or dirt, everything is oiled nice.

so everything moves fin until you connect the wire?
they I would say you are not attaching the wire correctly or you have a routing issue."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
