CXP30 36 spoke faster for TT's than Shimano R550?

As above? I have CXP30 rim on my commuter but wondering if it'll shave a few seconds off my TT time on the same course?

So should I also swap my Ambrosio Evoloution 36 spoke front wheel for an Aksium? I'm trying to find any way I can make my bike faster cause I wanna get like 23:30 or better tomoz
