whats the difference between sintered and organic disc pads

hi running avid juicy 3s and just wondered what the best pads are do a lot of riding up lee and cragg quarry.
keep smiling no matter how much it hurts,commencal ramones 1 loving it lol

    Organic are softer and may be more stoppy. Best in dry conditions. Sintered are harder and longer lasting, better for wet, muddy conditions.
    I don't do smileys.

    well its nearly always raining in rossendale so sintered could be the ones cheers :D

    My organic pads lasted three weeks but were nice. The sintered replacements have so far lasted 3 months, are noisier, but seem to work just as effectively.
