whats the difference between sintered and organic disc pads

hi running avid juicy 3s and just wondered what the best pads are do a lot of riding up lee and cragg quarry.
keep smiling no matter how much it hurts,commencal ramones 1 loving it lol

    Organic are softer and may be more stoppy. Best in dry conditions. Sintered are harder and longer lasting, better for wet, muddy conditions.

    well its nearly always raining in rossendale so sintered could be the ones cheers :D

  • My organic pads lasted three weeks but were nice. The sintered replacements have so far lasted 3 months, are noisier, but seem to work just as effectively.
