I've never used them, What bike are you after? I know they are Scott and CUBE dealers, if it's a CUBE your after I can't speak highly enough of Iron Horse Cyclery in Darlington.
Very helpful and friendly staff.2019 Ribble CGR SL

Saracen , Genesis , Lapierre just off the top o my head .
Small shop just opposite Halfrauds in town .
The guy is super knowledgable and friendly . Actually rides bikes too  LOL
Bit of a wierdo though cos he likes t ride one o them single speed thingies ( nutter ) ;-) :-P
Customer service as it should be and goes out of his way to help .
That's my experience when I went it a couple o months ago anyway .0 -

We have gone from a new shop in July 2009 and in less than 2 years have become a thriving store, the backbone of this has been delivering excellent customer service. Every member of staff either rides or races and we all have an undiluted passion for the sport!!!
New brands coming for the '12 season, Lappierre, Focus and Ridley.... good times!! :-)0 -
Infinity gets my vote. Definitely the friendliest LBS in Durham. The old shop was a classic packed to the rafters with kit joint. The new shop makes the competition look a bit shabby.
As far as I can tell, I have never yet visited Infinity and come away with duff advice or the wrong piece of kit. And when I had a mechanical they couldn't deal with, they sent me along to someone local who could. V impressed.

Infinity pretty good, new bike purchase from them this year, friendly, technically good, excellent selection of scott / cube bikes.
Btw Cestria in Chester le Street is also spot on. If a bit small. The stock Forme, Ghost, Orbea
AndyEvidently i mostly have a FCN of 1. I'm now a lady!0 -
Great shop! I have bought 3 bikes from them in the past few year. Great staff. Full of knowledge and passion. The cytec qualified mechanics are great and have solved all my mechanical problems without an ounce of bother. And also fantastic bikes. Cubes and scotts are great, ive rode them myself and with focus and ridley to come its the best shop in the north east without a doubt. Would recommend it to anyone.0
