Normally somewhere just below 800. If my asthma is playing up it falls to around 550 and I get some meds ;-)0

Yes, on account of being asthmatic and having to check it reasonably regularly.

Last time I used a peak flow meter it went to the stop. The doc just looked at me0

Peak flows depend on your size and age. I think above 650/700 is usually pretty good. If you are under 500 then you are probably under medicated. Do not take this as fact, just from a long term astmatic. Kids will be likely to preform worse.Current - Cotic BFe - Pike RC - XT - Hope Arch EX
