    I thought he took back his statement? Might be wrong, I was only half listening to the news this morning. It's the opposite of what's happening where I am; they're deciding a 'cycle progress' plan just now. It seems to be an expansion of the current system of cycle paths, with some improvements, but also expecting the police to start properly enforcing traffic laws (for cyclists). It'll be fun to see them try.

    There was a guy back in the 80s from Cornwall who was convicted of having had sex with a dolphin (female dolphin, he wasn't perverted or anything) despite his defence that they were in the sea and she initiated the proceedings. It is hard to see how a human could actually have sex with a dolphin against her will in her own environment, though.
