bottom bracket advice

hi guys, i was hoping you could help me, i have a 2007 Kona hei hei, which has race face evolve xc cranks and bb and the rest is an xt chain set, the problem i have is the bb seams to seize up after the bike has sat in my garage for over a week. after every ride i do thoroughly wash and re lube my bike. and i have taken it apart a few times to give a proper clean up. but all of this doesn't seam to solve my problem long term.
Does any one have any ideas what i could do to try and solve this? or am i missing something and could it be the cranks??
Or am i better off buying a new one since its 4 years old? if so what would people recommend? it needs to be well built, light and under £80
