Kona dew drop review

Hi,
Im new to the forum , i had a question about the kona dew drop reviuew is it possible to get the bike size of the tested bike and possible the height of the rider in the pics?
I want to order me one but im not sure what size to order. im 5'10" kona advices me to get the 56 but in the specs i see that the tt of a 56 is 57.3 and i cant find of its effective tt or not.
