is there much of a difference between motocross helmets and full face mountain bike helmets??
I have a 661 flight2 mx helmet for mx (obv.) and an enduromatic for mtb so if im gonna be goin to places that reccomend full face for mountain biking will i have to buy another helmet?? or is there not actually much of a difference?

Cheers :/

    weight and ventilation.

the MX is heavy and poorly vented.

    some people use them.

There is a world of difference in terms of strength (and industry standard testing to confirm that strength). However, as stated above, the penalty is in weight and ventilation.
You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the tape.

Thing is, weight isn't just about comfort, it's also about momentum- a heavy helmet puts more force on your neck and also increases dwell times in impact. Not a case of better or worse though, just that they deal with different situations differently.

Pigs don't sweat much really. They do go into space though.
