Giant XTC Nicked from Shed Chellaston Derby !

Had my Dark Grey Giant XTC SE nicked from shed last noght , distinguishing features red dmr v8's and white juicy 3 brakes. Keep an eye out.

I paid £400 fot it in '06 , just totted up the after market mods on it (which i have reciepts for 90% of) and the value is over £900,

Cant get hold of my insurance company untill tommorow , does anyone have any experience of claiming ? will I get £900 or will I get whatever they deem its worth due to its age ??

    depends on your policy and the policy excess

    we had 4 bikes nicked from our shed and got hew for old on all of them

    To moderator who moved this to stolen bikes section, can you move this post back to mtb general, I was trying to find out what im likely to get from my insurance. It doesnt look like mny people read stolen bike threads .
