I've been messing around in Photoshop making some posters, any opinions on these?

They're for pubs, so that at least chemists have something to stare at.

Nice style, nice typography and nice colours but maybe the theme is slightly off. I'd say you're better off going for events rather than individuals? Really nice looking posters though. I haven't got the knowledge on PS but I'd love to be able to do stuff like that. I was looking at retro cycling posters earlier funnily enough. http://www.squidoo.com/Vintage_Bicycle_Posters this kind of thing. Lovely stuff.

    Likewise, my friend :D .

We're a long time dead and you're not to far from me, so perhaps we should do it? I'll try and rope in dmclite, come up to a Travelodge etc for a night, few hours cycling, food and pub. :P

Do you think that will ruin internet relationship though? A bit like shagging a long time female friend???:lol:

I'm thinking of having a bash at a Lance one next....
They're very good mate, what are the posters for though?

Not really for anything, I was insired by looking at som retro football and boxing posters and a wet weekend.

I kind of like the sparten look and the achievements of the individual. I might try an event one at some point but it might be hard to depict without clutering up with lots of images.

    I'm up for a spin, curry and a pint(s).

Although I will only meet up in a public place, I won't take calls from a blocked number and I have to be home by 9:30pm or else........

Maybe tie it in with a sportive or a BR unofficial type ride ?

Is that Hucknall, as in Mick Hucknall ? I don't fancy being locked in anywhere with that crooning cretin.

    BTW, who's a chemist ? Am I being Uber thick ?
