High5 Energy and Hydration

just a quick question
can u use High5 Energy Source Sachets with High5 Zero Electrolyte Tabs and not suffer any weird effects or stomach aches/ cramping??

    You only need to use the former (energy) as it contains both carbohydrate and electrolytes whereas the latter only contains electrolytes. I may be wrong.

    Have used Energy Source with caffeinated Electrolyte tabs it is like rocket fuel. Still bouncing off the ceiling hours after the ride.

    There's not a huge amount of electrolytes in the Source, IME it does nothing to stop cramp, whilst Zero tabs do, but I personally find I run out of energy if I don't take on lots of gels or something.

    Best compromise I've found is Elete water added to H5 Source, which works really well.
