Hi All,
I need to replace the headset on the above bike, the bearings in the standard headset last 5 minutes and cost stupid money so would like to replace the whole lot. Does anybody know which ones would fit this model? Its 1-1/8" top and 1.5" bottom.

ended up fitting Hope tapered headset on my fuel ex8... about £70 from LBS.Nels

I managed to get a complete headset from superstar components , came as a complete headset inc star nut/top cap etc for £40 inc P&P. It seems well made and unbeatable for the money, only took 10 mins to fit to!
