Pinarello Galileo headset problems...

Having problems with headset on my Pinarello, the crown race on fork is badly worn and needs replacning.
Has anybody changed one of these? And where can I find a replacement?
2005 model btw.

    Why not just buy a whole replacement headset? If the crown race is stuffed, expect the lower bearings are too.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    You need a crown race removal tool, and another tool to seat a new race. If you do not even know what type of tools to buy, I would take it to a bike mechanic.

    Thanks for that, would love to change headset but am stuck with bearing arrangement (Pinarello`s own) in head tube and therfore crown race to suit.
    Have looked at changing lower bearing but headtube I.D limits my options...
