just reading item in weekly magazine regarding the cyclist who (foolishly imo) stripped off and rode his bike past the local speedwatch crowd who had assembled near his home, to try and activate the 30mph camera, the lad was consequently charged with public disorder offence and fined £500
whereas last year a female car driver who was texting whilst driving her car was in collision with a cyclist who ended up in hospital with a broken back. She was fined £400! obviously she still had her underwear on then? :x

    The law is an ass, but their are posters on here who will defend it to the hilt.
