Hi,

We are riding the ridgeway in the next couple of weeks doing the full 90 miles in a day, and was wandering if anybody has either a link to or a downloaded version of a GPS file of the ride? Compatible with the Garmin.

Cheers

If you go on bikehike.co.uk, view OSM Maps which show the cycle routes and change the 'follow road' option to use OSM Cycle Maps routing, you will be able to plot a route in 5 minutes and download it.

Obviously if someone has one there is no need to bother but it wont take much effort if that isnt the case.

This is a big move forward for bikehike and makes plotting cycle routes really easy.

    Hope that helps

Actually it isnt a proper national or regional trail as far as I can see.

    Found something here:

    http://www.cycle-route.com/routes/Ridge ... -4154.html

    and

    http://www.cycle-route.com/routes/Ridge ... -4155.html

Thats about 140 miles in total though. You can download each part as GPX though and then upload into bikehike and cut off the bits at either end if you want.
