front derailleur

Probably a simple fix, when My chain is on the largest front cog it is rubbing against the front derailleur I don't want to try and fix this without knowing how as i am worried i could do more harm than good.

Adjust the limit screws slightly, unless you are using opposite cogs or the wrong chain

Adjust both screws? do i just turn them slightly?

but from what you have said it could be adjust the outer stop or add tension.

it all depends on what is rubbing on what in what.
