As you may have worked out I am in the RAF, as a station cycling team we are attempting a 440+ mile bike ride from RAF Waddington, Lincolnshire to Bournemouth and back again!!!!! 2 days there, a day rest (on the piss) two days back!!!!!!

I would love it if anyone could donate anything (I would quote tesco) for our sponsored charitys of Help for Heroes and Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance...........

Please please support us, this weeks news is quite prevalent with more UK military personnel killed, you may not agree with what we are doing over there but it is our job and we do not get a say in the matter!!!!!
